General Questions

Are your neti pots safe to use?

Our ceramic neti pots have lead-free glazes and our plastic neti pots contain no harmful chemicals. Both types of neti pot are completely safe to use and put in a dishwasher.

How often should I use my neti pot?

Once daily is a general guide for maintaining good health, although some people may wish to use the neti pot less often, perhaps a couple of times a week but will still receive benefits. If you have an infection or allergy you may want to use the neti pot several times a day to alleviate the symptoms.

What type of salt can be used?

You can use any natural pure salt (such as can be found in healthfood stores) for making saline solution. Make sure whatever salt you use is non-iodised and is free of chemical additives. Ordinary free running table salt is not suitable as it usually contains chemicals which may cause nasal irritation and damage.

How much salt should I use?

We recommend for normal usage 1g of neti salt per 200ml of water. We provide a handy 1g measuring scoop with all our neti pots and neti salt. Some people are particularly sensitive and prefer to use less salt. You may want to experiment.

Ordering Questions

How much does shipping cost?

We have three scales of shipping charge based on region (UK domestic, Europe and Rest of the World). Domestic deliveries are sent First Class. International shipping is charged at Royal Mail's Airmail Small Packet rates and is based on the weight of the order. This is shown on the basket before you checkout and pay.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders using Royal Mail letter post and Airmail for overseas. We usually dispatch most orders the same day and delivery is next day for delivery addresses within the UK. Shipping to Europe typically takes 3-5 days, and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. Please note these times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and delivery times can often be longer than stated due to other factors such as Customs inspections and local mail delivery handling.

Do you provide order tracking?

Unfortunately we do not use signed for tracked services on overseas due to the high cost. All our orders are insured against loss or damage.

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?

Yes, we are happy to discuss discounts on larger orders. We also have a wholesale price list available on request for resellers.

Customer Queries

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and customers can pay securely via PayPal or GoogleCheckout. We also welcome personal cheques. Please note we can only accept cheques from UK customers.

I have a discount voucher, how do I use it?

Quote your discount code by adding a note to your order payment, or send us an e-mail. We will deduct the discount amount from your order and credit it your card. If paying by cheque, simply deduct the discount amount from the order value (excluding delivery charge).

Where is my order?

Unfortunately we cannot provide tracking on orders. If your order has not arrived within 14 days for UK deliveries, 20 days for deliveries within the EU, and 25 for the rest of the world, please contact us. We cannot consider claims for lost orders before the times stated, this is a requirement of Royal Mail's insurance policy.

My order is lost, what now?

If you have allowed enough time for your order to arrive, we can either ship a replacement free of charge, or a full refund, at your request.
